Unit 8 is a continuation of the previous units on tenses. This one focus on the future tense. As with present and past tense, it was broken down into; simple, perfect, continuous and perfect continuous with the added Be going + infinitive and reincorporating the present simple and the present continuous. Going over form, usages, common student mistakes and teaching ideas in each area.
This unit helped me to be able to identify the different areas in future tense and understand its structure more than I previously could. This is important for gaining knowledge as an English language teacher, thus been able to give a clearer presentation of this subject. Also, the teaching ideas were helpful to see how to incorporate this subject using the ESA method.
