This unit covered theories, methods and techniques for learning language acquisition. It covered the grammar, audio, presentation, practice & production, task-based, communicative language learning, community language learning, the silent way,and suggestopaedia as learning methods. It emphasized teh Engage, Study, Activate method of teaching and provided concrete examples through each phase of this teaching method, as well as games and activities.
