I found this unit especially helpful. The two videos provided made all the previous units that dealt with classroom management and teaching methodologies more concrete in my mind. In the first lesson, a very bad teacher gave a lesson that made manifest all the bad habits a teacher can have with basic to intermediate level students. The second lesson was much better. The teacher made manifest the power of positive energy and smiling in the classroom and also effectively executed an ESA style lesson.
