The unit on how to manage classes was very informative. There are many things to consider in how to best manage a class, like classroom seating arrangements, how to get the right amount of teacher talk time, how to discipline etc. What I found most useful for my own teaching is how to best give instructions to the students. I liked the advice that I need to use a simple language and use the same body language and gestures time after time, in order to make it easier for the students to quickly understand my instructions, which gives more student talk time and a better flow.
