In this unit there are a lot of issues really difficult to manage for a teacher. In my opinion all these advice have to be used in every single lesson. The rapport that you establish with your students from the beginning must be clear, honest and positive. Only in this way you can work with them and let them believe in you. If they trust you, they will follow your instructions as a teacher that is always preparared and respectful of the rules of the classroom.
