As a one to one tutor myself I found this unit on classroom management extremely useful. I learned about how to group the students in different arrangements and the pros and cons of each and learned more about how to be a better teacher with building rapport and using voice and gestures to be more clearly understood. The section on discipline was a very interesting one for me as I think one of my weaknesses is not being firm enough. I hope to put this unit into practice.
