This unit thoroughly covered the different types of groups a teacher might be likely to encounter. My personal favorite part was the one regarding Business English, since people who are looking for that type of lessons are the students I'm aiming at. However and regardless of the fact that the explanations, advice and examples were absolutely relevant and useful, I was rather disappointed by the fact that this unit did not tackle a more sensitive part about "special groups", that is to say people (and most likely children) with mental disabilities. Although this topic is indeed tremendously sensitive, it would have been very useful to show us the suitable behaviour and and methods that should be adopted when confronted to such groups.
