This unit was in my opinion the most enriching and interesting so far, as managing classes is the basis of a lesson's effectiveness. Many different factors are to be taken into account to achieve productiveness and efficiency in a classroom, such as the teacher's position, the students' organization during activities or even factirs as obvious as gestures and voice tone, although it remains quite complicated to manage nevertheless. Managing classrooms will probably become more natural and easier for me as I will gain experience, but all these useful advice will definitely be of a great help once I will start my teaching career.
