This section on evaluation and testing is definitely a necessity in all phases of the English teaching process. While teaching how to teach is essential, all of this could be in vain if we as educators do not understand what the students need to learn. Learning another language is a building block and before I teach a class it would be beneficial for me to understand which block I need to start at and continue from there.
