The last unit of this course focuses the attention on how to deal with some situations that can occur in the classroom such as: how to handle with a different levels class, how to avoid the difficulties related to teaching large classes, how to refrain the students from using their native language, how to encourage reluctant students to speak and how to solve the difficulties of the students in understanding listening texts.
