This was a very interesting unit. Reading about the different types of classes an EFL teacher may encounter and how to effectively deal with each one is very crucial knowledge to have. As always, I loved the detail this unit went into and I especially liked the Needs Analysis sample form that was recommended to use before teaching Business English clients. It also went into detail about teaching children and gave some great recommendations for classroom discipline and management.
