Teachers need to have different approaches to learning for students who are from different cultures. Asian students tend to learn seriously but lack in creativity and communication because Asian teachers expected students not to speak in class and only listen carefully. However, in Latin American students’ case they have opposite attitude with Asian students. They like to participate in group work and answer actively.
