With the completion of Unit 9, I feel that I am starting to really understand how to properly accomplish an lesson with the ESA methodology. Understanding the need to be flexible and allowing flexibility within a lesson plan was a very crucial takeaway for me in this unit. The lesson plan form that was provided is very practical and I am encouraged to use it in my next lesson with my students. I like the Self Evaluation Form that helps teachers focus on strengths and weaknesses in order to develop themselves.
