Personally I haven not taught students how to change direct speech into reported speech before, so learning about that was a bit of a challenge. If this was to be taught at the school that I teach at, I think the students will have a really hard time understanding and remembering the concept. Hopefully, there are better teaching materials out there to help me help my students understand such a difficult topic.
