This lesson was very helpful because it helped me to understand the organization of a lesson plan. It was helpful to see a lesson plan broken into parts such as Engage, Study, Activate because now I have a better idea about how to deliver a productive lesson that holds the students attention. The activity ideas within the Engage, Study, Activate parts were helpful in generating a wide variety of ways to make lesson plans interesting and to avoid repetitive lesson plans.
