Unit 18 had instructions and ideas on how to teach special groups. Beginners comes not only in one form, there is a big difference in teaching young children and adult beginners. Some beginners have no previous knowledge of the Roman alphabet. There can also be a variations in language skills and knowledge within the group. Two things that I will bring with me from this unit when it comes to teaching business English is to evaluate the students needs and levels properly and to use authentic material from their work environment.
