As teachers, whether we are beginners or experienced, it is important to prepare not only the materials and other resources, but also we need to understand how our students learn, their expectations and their strengths and weaknesses. Teachers may also want to do practice teaching. By doing so, we can picture in our head for any possible techniques or issues that may arise during the teaching process. Teachers must also have plan B, C, or D when the delivered techniques ended up with students feel bored and confused. By the end of the day, keep calm, relax and confident in teaching, because it's not one day job to have all students understand everything.
