This unit covered and discussed the teaching of the productive skills writing and speaking. Potential problems and challenges were presented (alphabetical differences, pronunciation and formation of letters and their combinations, slang etc). The unit highlights just how difficult the english language can be to learn but also provides ways of addressing this issue. Sample teaching lessons were also given which greatly enhances understanding how to put the methods into practice.
