This unit taught me how first lessons are to be taught to both first timers in new group and to existing students where students know one another. The first timers are blank and do not know what to expect and they are meeting their classmates for the first time. The teacher has to be warm towards all and try to create a rapport between the students, this can be sensitive so the its very important for the teacher to take things slow whereas the teacher may be a little more relaxed as the students know one another and familiar with EFL teaching.
