This was by far the most inspiring lesson yet. The first of these two video lessons clearly violated so many rules, mostly of common sense and good manners in any culture, but particularly in Asia. The second of these lessons allowed me to better understand how to seamlessly transition between phases. Before watching this, I had not visualized a graceful way to make sure a study exercise had completely stopped before a new phase was introduced.
