This unit is mainly about preventing, solving and handling behavioural problems, how to use voice tone, eye contact, maintain respect among the class as well as arrange it in the best suitable way depending on the space and number of students. It also gives us some tips on how to create rapport with the students in order to create a good atmosphere which in my personal opinion is one of the most important things when it comes to teaching so the students can feel confident and participate in the lectures.
