This unit contains lots of information and is quite dense, but the information is valuable and divided in a way that makes it easier to assimilate the content. I had to read the unit 4 times to grasp the whole content, and my last reading was the easiest. I have understood the main techniques of the ESA but I believe that practice is key. But in general, this unit gave me much more insight about ways to teach following the ESA.
