This unit covered classroom management, from the use of voice, gesture, and eye contact to classroom arrangement, grouping students, and dealing with behavioral problems. It did not contain much information that was new to me, but I am seeing an idea enforced so far in these first few lessons: no matter what the exercise, grouping, arranging, teacher posture, etc., all elements should support the learning goal for that particular activity.
