I feel as though this section on past tenses was easier to grasp and understand than the section on present tenses. This may be because of that initial introduction to tenses in general. With past tenses, I believe that they will be easier to explain to students with examples and activities. I learned that the simple addition or subtraction of a word can completely change what type of past tense a sentence falls under.
