Unit 20, the last unit, covered trouble shooting. It covered the best way to approach the first lesson. Establishing rapport with the students is very important. Finding out about their needs and aspirations and getting a good feel for the overall level of the class are important steps. This unit gave ideas for how to deal with a large class, such as using worksheets, choral repetition, and appointing group leaders.
