I am very happy that unit 10 included videos of a good ESA demonstration and a bad ESA demonstration. I found these videos to be extremely helpful. The students responded well during the second video because the teacher was personable. In the first video the students looked lost and confused, it was easy to see that they were not grasping what the teacher wanted them to grasp. In the second video the students appeared happier and looked eager to learn. They responded well to the teacher and his lesson. The students looked very happy when he clapped in excitement when the class counted 20 names of animals on the board. They responded well because he showed that he was proud of them.
