With grammatical language structure we need to teach the meaning, usage, forms and patterns and the differences between spoken and written forms. The unit also reiterated the importance of having varied lesson plans to keep the lessons interesting. Using, but not exclusive to, the ESA plans of 'Straight Arrow', 'Boomerang' and 'Patchwork' lesson plans.
