this unit deals with classroom management which has to do with establishing rapport with students, and how to use your voice as well as discipline in the classroom. i have learnt that classroom dynamics has a lot to play with the sitting arrangements.I have learnt that teachers need to know when to be firm and when to allow the kids alone.Also,be friendly and relaxed.Good eye contact also plays a vital role in the classroom as it establishes a good rapport with the students.
