In this Unit Authors focued on the classroom management. It shows how body language and gesture can influence the students' behaviour and by that maintaining (or not) discipline during the lesson. There is pointed possible impact of eye contact, gesture and the voice on the students which made me be more aware that I should be very cautious while I am with students and which of my gestures may influence possitively on them. The other chapter, 'grouping students' I found very interesting, because it reflects the benefits and possible negative cosequence of each type of grouping. Additionally by reading the chapter 'Classroom arragement' carefully I have found information which features are crucial to decide best type of position of both students' and teacher's during each activities. I was always thinking what is the best way of giving instructions and I have found very clear tips how to make it effectively. I also noticed how important is establishing rapport to make class successfull and maintain relaxing atmosphere. For me personally one of the most useful chapter in this Unit was 'Maintaining discipline' which I found very difficult on my first teaching experience. It helped me to understand what I should consider in that matter and more importantly which factors depend on me. Also there are some information how to prevent and if there is need, how to repond to problem behaviour.
