In the unit, we reviewed some knowledge about class management. For responding to problem behavior part, I learnt something vitally important and instructive to me. That is to focus on the behavior and not the student. For some China teacher-student relationships, teachers usually will mark this student is naughty and usually disturbs the class. This is not easy to be solved and the student will be naughty for every course. Actually, if teachers can change their minds and focus on the behavior, things will be easier and the student may be educated. This impressed me and I will pay much more attention to the naughty students’ behavior in my teaching later.
