This unit focused on how to approach teaching special groups such as individual students, multilingual classes, and business English classes. For each group, teachers have to carefully consider who they are teaching and tailor lessons to those students. Teachers also have to think about what their students' needs are and create lessons around those needs. Teachers can approach these special groups very much like "regular" classrooms, but have to edit lessons and activities according to the group or individual student. For example, a teacher would not use group activities to teach English to an individual student or teach English vocabulary and grammar that are not used in the business setting to a business English class.
