This unit was about sentences and sentence structures. I learned the precise grammar terminology of the words used within a sentence. As a native English speaker, these aspects are sometimes learned unconsciously while growing up in an English-speaking environment. Due to this situation, particular grammar and its terms are not always overtly taught or stressed during education. This unit helped me better understand what I had inherently learned and put names to the things I regularly used.
