This unit, like unit 4, was a refresher course on the basics of grammar, specifically the past tense. As with the previous unit, this unit was very well laid out and made reviewing these tenses more comfortable. With this unit, it was difficult to memorize the situations in which certain tenses are used (most likely because as a native speaker I do this naturally). For example, I know when to use the past perfect continuous tense but if asked why I used such a tense by a student I would not know what to say. Therefore, I especially appreciated this unit.
