This unit has given an outstanding description of how an English Teacher-Student relationship should be. It describes first and foremost the qualities of a good teacher, his/her role to their students, how to identify and encourage good learning, the differences in cultural perceptions during English learning and wraps up with the motivation behind English language learners. I have learned that for an English teacher to be successful, they need to identify all of these aspects.
