The content of this unit is about two English Language classes, given by the same teacher , with the same students in each class. The first class, the teacher entered the classroom with a negative attitude, and his interaction with the students was intimidating, insulting and offensive. He was confused, lacking organization and easily frustrated. These behaviors among many, did not provide the students with a productive and interesting classroom experience. In contrast, in the second class, the teacher's attitude was positive and engaging from the moment he walked into the room. He was polite, excited to teach and used the class time effectively. He spoke with good speed, giving clear explanations and instructions using examples the students could understand. He monitored the students partnering and activity phase well, without interference. The students second classroom experience with the teacher made them happy and engaging, attentive and excited to learn which made the lesson a success
