In this final unit, I learn some of the most common potential problems that a teacher like me may encounter in a classroom setting. I learn into how to start a new course effectively, as well as how to deal with large classes, reluctant students and multi-level classes. In addition, in this unit, I looked into on how to establish rapport, finding out about the students' personality, their individual language capabilities, and what are their aspirations in learning the English language.
