In this unit I have learnt the different ways in which I can conduct my class,this unit has equipped me with the necessary tools of class management.The unit was very easy to understand with usable examples.Classroom management which provides the layout enables teachers to have a greater sense of control over the class which means the teacher will need less time to focus on controlling the class as this will already be established by the layout and it provides more time for teachers to enjoy interaction with students as it will be structured already.
