This unit displayed seems like all the potential problems that the teacher may encounter and showed possible solutions to it. I got great ideas and have a good sense of what to expect especially from the first lesson. But as in any difficult situation there is always a way out and just as in the example with the Monday morning you think of yourself being a student and try to make it fun for the students.
