As stated this unit was fairly brief, but I feel it gave a good basis for teaching and practicing the receptive skills at different levels of student skill. I feel the sample lesson given was useful, and it gave several good examples on how to use authentic materials such as music and reading about real famous people to make the lesson material more interesting and engaging to the students, perhaps tailored to the actual students' specific interests when the teacher learns more information about them. I also found the example prepared worksheet content very useful for ideas in creating my own future work.
