I found this to be the most extensive and informative unit yet. Having three different lesson plans adapted for teaching business English to different skill levels was very useful. Also, learning framework (input, process, output) was helpful, as well as problem-based learning. The Speech Act Theory makes me analyze my own communication styles! I liked the examples of using games to teach, and as with all the units, the website links are very useful.
