Looking at the four main past tenses, here we are learning (or refreshing our knowledge) about their structure, as well as how to be able to teach it. Similar in format to the present tenses, only the usages of each tense form need to be known in order to make sentences in a rational way. The tasks at the end of the unit put particular emphasis on gaining the ability to show students how to construct each verb form as well as being able to identify them.
