Completion of this unit on Conditionals and reported speech has reminded me that the English language is complicated and that care needs to be taken when using and teaching it as the meaning can change easily. I also appreciate the need to teach this aspect of the English language slowly and carefully. Im sure that students will require a lot of practice to fully master this concept and it will take time for me to learn the needed skills to teach it.
