This unit taught me all about managing my classroom. In this unit I learned some valuable suggestions and tips to manage the classroom. In this unit I learned how to establish rapport with the students, I believe that this is very important within the classroom. Getting to know your students better, only makes for a better classroom environment. In addition to establish rapport I also learned when is the correct time to give individual students attention. One easy way to do this that is simple, is to learn all of your student names, and dont choose the names that you know. Another important topic that I learned is how to deal with problem behavior, I am quite sure that this will definitely come into use.
