This initial unit of work Teachers and Learners has boosted my awareness of my role as teacher, this is especially true as I came to understand the different language levels of the students that I will teach as well as their culture and first language. I feel better prepared to evaluate my students and understand their motivation in wanting to learn English and I will use this motivation in teaching students individually.
