As with all the units, I feel this unit has its purpose and has given me some additional tools to use when trying to troubleshoot common problems in the class room. I like how the lesson covers a wide variety of areas that I might have to troubleshoot and will no doubt encounter at some time or another whilst teaching English to foreign students. I'm looking forward to completing the lesson plan and receiving my certificate. This entire course has been awesome!
