This unit is a survey of how to communicate varieties of past action and how to incorporate any elements of the continuing present. It introduces how to position action in time relative to other past and potentially continuous actions. I learned that subtle variations in meaning may be easily misconstrued to non-native learners, and that some charts for irregular forms of words (as well as match-up games and dialogues) may indeed facilitate and remedy this initial obstacle.
