I learned that prior assessment is essential to determine what the students know and what they need to know. It’s important to have the class setting established if possible to have students of the same level in one group. Level test and needs analysis will be helpful in that endeavor. I also learned that a well designed syllabus is essential to start teaching students. It’s helpful in organizing teaching material and resources.
