I have learnt many possible difficulties i may encounter in class and how to deal with them. In first lesson, to approach the group accordingly is very important. Establishing rapport, finding out about stundents' needs and their English level are the first points that i should be careful about. Warmer ideas and using different materials according to students level will help me to create suitable atmosphere of teaching. I found all tips for reluctant students useful and i have also learnt what i can do when i face difficulties with listening texts.
