This unit has been quite eye opening and I have enjoyed jotting down ideas that will assist in my lesson plans.I have learnt the need to understand the level of knowledge the learners possess and the appropriate methodology to employ with the different levels of knowledge. I've learnt the importance of the use of different theories,methodologies and techniques for student development.In my opinion the recommended ESA methodology is best in that it incorporates all former methodologies and in itself allows for much flexibility and diversity.
