In my opinion,classroom management plays an essential role in developing good environment of learning.A teacher must have the skill to manage his/her class properly to get attention of the students ,to monitor their activities and to maintain discipline.Apart from having eye contact,using gesture and changing voice according to situation,a teacher must do grouping of students,either in pairs or large groups,to encourage the learners to perform better and to incline students' talk time ,as well as it helps to establish good rapport and solving the problem behaviour with some learners.
